Carm Piccoli has an old fashion view of his work. He believes each home he builds should be considered as permanent as the land it sits on. That is why in 1985, identifying the need in the Golden Triangle market for quality, value and individual attention, he launched Pidel Homes. As a result a home-building tradition of buyer satisfaction was launched, which has become a Pidel trademark.

Even though Pidel Homes builds over 120 homes per year, Carm Piccoli still believes in and maintains a hands on approach. In fact, he personally inspects each home numerous times during the course of construction to ensure his high standards for quality are met. This type of service reflects Carm Piccoli’s conviction that: “A good builder is someone who listens attentively and delivers what he promises.” As a matter of fact he never over promises, with over 1800 homes built, he has never extended or missed a closing date. Upon possession, the home is complete, spotless and ready for furniture; there are no surprises or hidden costs.
